Shanti Massage (Bliss) : Come to relax in this 60 min, where we focus on starting the process to reset the nervous system. Allowing the body and mind to get back into the present moment. A gentle firm massage

Malama Massage (to take care of) 60 min : We start to go deeper into what the body truly needs, whether that is focusing on specific physical areas, spending more time on the area, adding stretching movements, and we introduce energy work to tap into what the root cause of discomfort may be. Incorporating more focused breathing to invite releasing from the body and mind.

Sankalpa Massage ( Intention, resolve)  75min : Deep dive into your being, while you get to relax, this is where I devout and entire 75min to resolve, activate, release, what ever is needed, together with my energy work, I love to call in Reiki energy.

Natures Nurture 75 min : combining herbalism and relaxation, a customizable treatment for ailments both internally and externally. Using poultices, wraps, soaks, infused oils all depending on the clients needs.

for example: client A needs help with digestion and eczema, after our consultation, herbs and oils will be chosen to be applied on affected areas, while an abdominal massage, and an abdominal wrap will be applied, while the wraps are doing their magic, a scalp neck and shoulder massage will help the nervous system switch to rest and digest which has a positive impact on the digestion and stress levels. potentially a foot soak could be incorporated with salts needed.  No treatment will be the same even if they have the same conditions. This is a space where we get to play with the plant kingdom while also adding on treatments to relax and enjoy.
